Take Exit 22 from Interstate 95 and follow the ramp signs to Downtown Providence. Go through the traffic light at the end of the exit ramp and make a left at the next traffic light onto Exchange Street. Make the first right onto Stillman Street. Follow Stillman Street to its end and then make a right onto Park Row. Cross over Canal Street. One Park Row is a five (5) story brick building on the right side of the street, immediately after Canal Street.

Take Exit 2 (South Main Street) from Interstate 195 Westbound. Continue on South Main Street approximately one mile. South Main Street becomes North Main Street. At the intersection of North Main Street and Park Row, turn left onto Park Row. One Park Row is on the left side of the street.
