Biography
Samuel is a member of the firm's Real Estate Group and Business, Corporate and Non-Profit Group. Samuel represents a wide range of clients, including business entities, non-profits, quasi-public governmental bodies, and development corporations. Samuel has experience in all aspects of business and real estate, with a focus on transactions, financing, development, governance, and succession. Samuel also has extensive real estate experience serving as counsel to state and local governments, redevelopment agencies, developers and property owners in connection with the acquisition, financing and leasing of residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining Chace Ruttenberg & Freedman, LLP, Samuel served as deputy director and general counsel to the Providence Redevelopment Agency and as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Providence.
