The firm also represents individuals, fiduciaries and financial institutions in guardianship matters, will contests, probate litigation and trust litigation.

CR&F’s attorneys are admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts of Rhode Island and Massachusetts, and routinely obtain pro hac vice admission to pursue litigation on behalf of our clients in other states.
